Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You might be able to fix this using a USB BIOS recovery drive.

 

But you need to provide a specific HP product number to assist in checking for a newer BIOS update.

 

Download and run the BIOS update on a different PC. Make a USB BIOS recovery drive.

 

Connect this USB drive to your PC. Start the PC.

 

The BIOS recovery process should auto start and fix the BIOS on your PC.
