HP All-in-One 24-dp0002ne

WhatsApp Image 2025-03-20 at 10.35.03_5dee1e33.jpgI got this message on my screen "The BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted" and it is asking me to insert the BIOS USB recovery drive into the PC. the problem I am not able to find the BIOS version of my PC. Could you please help me ?

Your PC's specifications indicate that it comes with a HP 'Trout' motherboard with a SSID of 87A4.

 

HP All-in-One 24-dp0002ne Product Specifications | HP® Support

 

This is the latest BIOS update you would use to make a USB BIOS recovery drive with on another PC:

 

HP All-in-One PC 24-dp0000wi Software and Driver Details

Here is how to use the BIOS recovery flash drive after it has been successfully created:

 

After you create the USB BIOS recovery drive, follow the instructions that show up on the screen immediately after the USB recovery drive has been successfully created, which I believe are as follows:

 

1. Power off the device to be recovered.

 

2. Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port.

 

3. Power on the device.

 

4. The device may reboot up to 3 times with indicator lights on the keyboard flashing, or the screen appearing blank for short time.

 

Hopefully, that will fix the problem for you.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
