Hello,

I have the some solution of this when Computer powers on but no display. Here's what you can do by JcPenney:

  • Check monitor & cables.
  • Test with different monitor/cables.
  • Ensure power & indicators are working.
  • Reboot computer.
  • Check GPU & integrated graphics.
  • Verify BIOS/UEFI settings.
  • Disconnect external devices.
  • Reseat/swap RAM.
  • Remove recently added hardware.
  • Listen for beep codes.
  • Check power supply.
