The power led is on but computer can't turn on and also no display

I Plug The Wire In And push Power Button The Power Indicator LED Turns on but the computer does not in tried  removing the Ram and turned it on I got the beep thing So, I cleaned the ram and turned it on but problem did not fix and also there is no display

Can anyone pls help me
