HP Pavilion HPE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to boot up my PC, it freezes on a screen that says, "Time & Date not set" with an option to oress F1 to boot. Pressing F1 does nothing, and restarting the PC brings me back to this screen. I attempted accessing the Bios menu, but every time it didn't work.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Try replacing the CR2032 motherboard battery if you have not done this.

This will reset CMOS and you will have a new, fully charged MB battery.

Regards

After you have replaced the CR2032 battery as suggested, try tapping ESC repeatedly instead of waiting for the error message. This *may* bring up the boot menu for you to select F10 for BIOS to set the time & date.
