To Paul Tikkanen Ref W7 ISO issue

HP Recommended

Hello again, I've spoken too soon of the W7 bootable USB. I was posting of thanking you while it was in the creation process. It failed, message said "File copied successfully, however we were unable to run Bootsec to make the USB device bootable", it provided a help link to the online store, I don't what to ask or search for, Googlo search did not come up with anything meaningful, hope you can provide some insight, thanks.

@Paul_Tikkanen  I am always willing to learn

I saw that post and it intrigued me, so I too did what @llau2  has posted and got the same results.  However, I did use the .ISO to burn a dual layer DVD that seemed to be OK.  At least it booted to a Windows 7 install screen, that is all the further I went with it.

Curious why the USB software did not finish the USB to make it bootable.
