Product: HP TouchSmart 9300 Elite All-in-One PC (ENERGY STAR)

When I press the power button I see a very quick image of HP splash screen, then it shuts off. Probably 3 seconds total start to shut off. No beeps . simply blue power light, quick HP image, then off.  After that it tries to start again, but same thing happens..  Help!!??!!
