Trouble booting?

HP Recommended
HP Touch Smart PC

Turned my desktop on. Screen opened up with the following msg: Preparing automatic repair. Then diagnosing. Msg then reads PC did not open correctly. I did restart, then through all advanced options nothing worked.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
