Im using SCCM2012 and can PXE boot just fine with the built in Intel adapter. Because were switching to 802.1x, id like to whitelist the mac address of USB adapters instead of whitelisting certain ports to not be .1x enabled.
So i NEED to be able to boot up and image this pc with either a USB 2, USB 3 or USB C adapter. Then we can allow those USB adapters to be used.
We have secure boot enabled (Use bitlocker) and use UEFI.
When i boot into the UEFI menu in the bios, it will not see Startech adapters nor a USB-C ethernet adapter even one made by HP.
So im unable to boot from any USB to PXE boot and grab the pcs image. Has anyone else encountered this? Thank you
