Hi guys
I'm trying to restore a Windows 10 Home from a ShadowProtect Backup.
The backup is verified.
During the restore process, I'm asked for the folder where the drivers are located.
I have downloaded the driver package and extracted the contents to a USB key.
During the restore process, I'm getting the following error message:
Unable to locate the proper driver and .INF file for the following device:
Device information:
(This information is relative to the running OS and might not be valid)
Service: UEFI
Driver: UEFI.sys
Hardware ID: ACPI_HAL/UEFI
Device 36 of 38
Thoughts?
Cheers
Charlton
