Hi:
I had the same issue with my 8200 Elite CMT's and from what I seem to recall, I went into the BIOS' boot order menu and disabled EFI boot.
Then that gave me a list of bootable legacy devices to choose from.
In your screen shot, you only have DVD drive. In my BIOS picture where you see your screenshot, I have a bunch more devices listed under the Legacy section, including the USB option.
