My computer ran an update yesterday and shut down afterwards. This morning the tried to turn it one the power button lit up blue for about 30 seconds and then turned off. I have tried another outlet, made sire all connections are plugged in fully, I have unplugged wireless keyboards and printers. I have also held the power button for 30 seconds and tried again.
additionally my serial number comes up as invalid even though I bought the computer in December directly from HP
Please help

Same issue here. I was able to get the display working by connecting to the mini-DisplayPort. When mine came up, it was prompting for the BitLocker key. After entering the key, it seems to work OK now. My normal DisplayPort connection works again as well. Kinda weird.
