Within a week, both of my HPs and also a Dell of mine have been inoperable.
The HP Pavilion is stuck at a blue screen with a never ending loop of “restart computer” attempts.
My HP as listed above, won’t turn on all of a sudden. The side lights up to indicate it’s charging but nothing happens.
I don’t know what to do, my HP15 turned a year old this past February, it’s so current! And I only use it for school, my business, email and social media.
I just recently started using the pavilion (my dads laptop, who passed in Jan) since my computer stopped turning on. It was working perfectly and then, blue screen. Please help, I’m a college student, a single parent with sole custody and I’m screwed now.

Hi - I can help but ---
There is not enough information provided for me and probably any of the other volunteers to help.
Please create another post. Edit this one to provide the Product ID and operating system and do the same for the other post.
The solutions may be different for each of your systems. One may be in warranty or not. One may have cloud rescue support or not.
Thank you for using HP products and posting to the community.
I am a community volunteer and do not work for HP. If you find
this post useful click the Yes button. If I helped solve your
problem please mark this as a solution so others can find it
