Hi!
We’ve had this desktop for many years now. At one point it would freeze after being on for a while so it wasn’t used for about a year. I recently factory reset it and all was good for about two weeks. Then the same problem started happening again where it would freeze up after restart 10 min later. I ran diagnostics and it says the PROCESSOR has a MODULE MISSING in the extensive test. When I ran a separate processor test, it said the UEFI Support Environment is not installed correctly. Please reinstall the softpaq.
What does this mean and what should I do? Is this an easy fix? I tried to system recover but since I factory reset I do not have anything to recover to. I am running Windows 10 (unsure if 32 or 64 bit).
Thank you in advance.
