Welcome to the HP Forum. 

 

I would like to assist if possible.

 

A BIOS recovery problem is one type of problem.

 

A Windows reinstallation problem is a different type of problem.

 

You could not begin to reinstall Windows if the PC will not POST because of a BIOS corruption problem.

 

I don't know where to start.
