HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I've run the support assistant, installed the recommended drivers, tried a different USB keyboard, but randomly the USB will disconnect from wired mouse and keyboard and after about a minute will reconnect again. I've also edited the power options to disable the USB time out. I'm not sure what else to do?

hi

I am not able to verify, because the exact reference of the computer

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-tg01-2000a/2100367769/model/21004...
but a priori, you must have these options

Motherboard Specifications, Erica6

back I/O ports

(4) USB 2.0 Type-A ports

Front I/O ports

(4) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports (5 Gbps data transfer)

so, do you have this problem on other usb ports, compatible?
