I am unable to access the UEFI Firmware Settings.

 

When I access System Recovery, Troubleshooting Options, and I enter the UEFI Firmware Setting, I read the message I need to restart the computer. When the computer reboots, I follow the same sequence of steps to enter System Recovery, and when I enter the UEFI Firmware Setting, I read the message I need to restart the computer.

How can I access System Recovery's "'UEFI Firmware Settings"?

It is unfortunate that your camera was rotated 90 degrees, and that the camera was so far away from the display screen. For me, I could not read the text. Can you redo the video, zooming when appropriate, and "narrate" the words that are on the screen, and narrate your actions ?
