I have a USB keyboard and a wireless mouse when I start my computer and it goes into the bios and says press F10 to enter setup, for example, the keyboard will not work.  After I get to window 10 login screen it works fine.  Please HELP.

I have heard of that problem when using a USB keyboard different from the one that came with the PC.  Try a different USB keyboard and try using a different USB port.   What is happening - the keyboard is not recognised until Windows boots up and loads the drivers.

I tried a different keyboard thanks and it’s working for now hopefully it will keep working in the meantime I will look for a good wireless gaming keyboard mouse combo.

If the only time a problem has been detected is on boot up, be aware/prepared that a wireless keyboard may behave in the same manner.  In fact it is more likely, but just on bootup.
