Hi,
Windows 10 is installed in the HP Pro 3400 Microtower MT.
Reset this PC done. After Reset this PC, configuration page appeared.
The screen is stuck at Let's start with region. Is it right?.
The mouse cursor is not showing on the screen. Even option is not getting highlighted up-down and tab button.
General troubleshooting done. At the end, the screen us stuck on the same screen.
Now I planned for Windows re-installation using bootable flash-drive.
I couldn't find option in the BIOS so that I can disable Secure Boot,

And

The links shows Secure Boot Configuration under Security but in actual no such option in Security.
Rest options in BIOS are same as explained in links.
Pls assist me. If I can continue from the same screen, what I need to do?
If I need to re-install Windows, how to disable Secure Boot?
With Regards

You're very welcome.
Your PC may have a UEFI BIOS but it doesn't support secure boot.
I have an HP 8200 Elte CMT that has a UEFI BIOS but does not have a secure boot setting/option.
Secure boot was not available until the 8300 Elite model series came out.
Try creating the bootable USB flash drive using Rufus with the MBR partition scheme and see if the flash drive shows up that way.

Hi:
I looked up the specs for your PC, and it does not have a secure boot setting, so there is no secure boot setting you need to disable.

Thank you for replying for my question.
Initially I thought same, no secure boot option.
When I plugged-in bootable USB flash drive and pressed F9 for boot menu, USB flash drive is not showing on the screen.
I created bootable USB using Rufus 3.17.1846 with Partition Scheme GPT and Target system UEFI.
I see options like OS Boot Manager, USB Floppy/CD/HD, UEFI, Legacy, etc.
At another side, Secure Boot Configuration is not anywhere in BIOS.
That's why I am confused.
