Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an Operating System issue with your HP Pavilion 590-P0081c. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
I the operating system is corrupted, then we have to perform an HP Cloud Recovery to completely install a fresh Operating system to fix the issue.
Note: Please take a backup of all your data before reinstalling a new operating system.
