HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0080
Microsoft Windows 11

Bumped power cord and computer shut down and will not power up after following a variety of HP solution attempts.  Do not believe it to be a power cord problem.

@TAH44 -- Can you try a different external power-supply?

 

Can you use a MultiMeter to check the Voltage & Amperage being produced by that power-supply?

Tried direct plugin to wall outlet as welk as different a/c outlet.  No dice!

@TAH44 -- did a "circuit-breaker" in your residence get tripped?

Does anything plugged-in to that wall-socket, such as a table-lamp, receive electrical power?
