Why is it so hard to get hold of a case manager assigned to my case? Tried calling, always busy. Are they keeping their line busy on purpose all the time so no one can actually call them? If it isn't a burden enough that my case has been open for more than a month now, it only started rolling last week. I was given empty promises by the case manager, who said she can be reached whenever I have questions. I know that I'm not the only case being looked after, but handling it properly and promptly is never their best practice.
Also, this board selector here, which asks what best fits my product and issue, is not working. Get it together, HP!

Welcome the the HP Community forum. This is a user supported forum where the contributors are not usually HP employees.
If you are having an issue, explain the situation in detail, and perhaps someone will be able to give the needed detailed help.
If this is a warranty issue, then help might not be possible on this forum.
