Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You're using incorrect sign in credentials.

 

You'll have to wait for two hours, Then try again.

 

If you are now using a PIN you should try the password you created when you initially setup Windows during the Windows OOBE. 

 

You may have to reinstall Windows if both the password and the PIN are invalid.
