There is no uefi boot options in current of this system. I want upgrade bios. I downloaded official image for bios but it is not installing. Incorrect bios error showing when executing program. I have tried this in both win 10 and 7. Please help.

Your motherboard is MS-7613 and could be version 1.0 or 1.1 and lit is likely the bios is not designed for your motherboard
That new bios, dated same as the old one, was an upgrade to fix a problem with not recognizing larger flash drives. it does not have an upgrade to UEFI bios. There is possibility of damaging the motherboard if the bios is forced.
