Hello @Ck112005 , how are you ?

Please, this failure means that the memory is problematic and needs to be replaced.

If you have already changed it and the fault remains, you will have to change the motherboard.

Hi:

See the troubleshooting guide at the link below, Appendix A, page 58 for how to troubleshoot the 5-beep code error.

Your PC has a memory issue of some kind or a failed motherboard.

Yes, when I did research on Google, I also found out the same thing.
So I tried to get a new RAM and a new motherboard but still the same problem is occurring.
PC's fans are working properly, one light is green and the other is off
And nothing is visible on my monitor either.
Infact, when I start the PC and leave it on for a while, then after some time the fans of the PC start running at a higher speed.
I don't know what to do now

But in my PC, green light is flashing instead of red and a beeping sound is also heard five times.

Nothing is visible on the monitor even after pressing any key

Can you explain what kind of problem there could be in this and how it can be fixed?

I have also installed new RAM and a new motherboard in my PC.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what the problem could be.

Hello @Ck112005

This error is a CMOS battery error.

Check that it is not worn out, or update the BIOS to eliminate this error.

Hello @Ck112005

Here is the link to update.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-compaq-elite-8300-small-form-factor-pc/5232852/swI...

Just follow the installation instructions, there is a step by step

If it doesn't work, I believe this motherboard is defective.
