Product: Prodesk 400 g2.5

I saved an old HP Prodesk 400 G2.5 from the corporate trash heap and I'm using it as a game server.  It has the splendid i4590-S processor within.  The BIOS has no option to activate turbo boost, and the CPU sits at 3.0ghz all day.  Boost flag is set to true in linux.  Is there a BIOS upgrade or key combo to unlock the turbo boost option?   I tried up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A and Start, but it didn't work.  MOBO is an 8105 Memphis-S.
