Updating BIOS

I'm wondering how to safely update my BIOS. I just recently updated to Windows 11 and I'm not longer able to play certain games due to TPM / Secure Boot. I followed all of the steps and I still am unable to open certain applications. HP had an option to update BIOS built in but I was unable to do so for whatever reason. I'd appreciate any help I'm able to receive.

Hello. I got to Step 2, but am unable to complete it as it for some reason believes I am still on Windows 10. It only allows me to select the Windows 10 Operating Systems, therefore making it so the only BIOS updates are older. The latest is from December 2023. Should I try installing that one?

I completed those steps this morning, thank you. Now, the issue is that I'm unable to turn on Memory Integrity due to one driver that makes it incompatible. For context, the application I'm trying to open is VALORANT. It gives me a step by step of what I should try to do to fix it. I've completed them all but to complete the final step I need to unable HVCI/VBS which requires Memory Integrity. Ever since updating to Windows 11 I've been unable to open the game, and I've tried to follow all of the steps. I appreciate your patience with responding through these messages and trying to help. If there's any more context I can provide to allow you to guide me easier please let me know.
