I hope this message finds you well. I'm encountering a persistent problem with my computer. Whenever I leave it idle or put it in power save mode, I'm unable to restart it without resorting to unplugging and reconnecting the power cord. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including holding the power button and using the mouse and keyboard, but the screen remains black, with only the mouse showing any activity.
This issue is disrupting my workflow, and I'm seeking your expertise to help diagnose and resolve it. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
