I tried to update to Windows 11, which I thought would be harmless and should be easy. Then it said "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements" and that I should enable TPM 2.0 and that my processor isn't currently supported for Windows 11. I had never heard of all this. Eventually after some BIOS thing I ended up with a white screen for me to turn on the TPM but it wouldn't let me hit F1 to accept. This was 2 months ago before I moved and couldn't figure it out in time -- now I turned on my computer again and it doesn't even show this screen -- just nothing. The computer is 3 years past warranty so HP support is no help but the computer was fully functional and amazing before all this happened. Please any help encouraged.
