Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H509AV)

I have this issue with my PC, but it is easier if I give the full rundown, because this is an issue not many people have. In the beginning (about 1 month prior to unusability), randomly, perhaps once every few days, my PC would just freeze, no BSOD, no beeping, nothing, all parts inside the computer looked normal, fans were spinning, lights were green, but the monitor was frozen, and USB devices didn't have power. the only way to fix it was a hard reset. fast forward, it's getting worse and more frequent, random system blinks, where the screen and USB devices power off and the computer restarts, and the freezing became more common, until I had 1 day of use, then 1 hour, then about 30 minutes, and now, it can't even boot without freezing on the loading screen.

Below I will list all of my attempts at fixing it:

Memory check (full extensive)

Motherboard battery reset and replacement

full dusting

not using dedicated graphics

not using included NVME storage (used an HDD),

No USB devices

Full system check through bootup menu

BIOS reset

I have checked for damage on all parts, all are normal looking, no blown fuses or expanded parts.

RAM stick testing

RAM slot testing

I have tried all these solutions and none did I see an improvement, I can't do some of these tests because I can't get past the bootup screen, unless someone has something else to try.

Please respond with detail, as I have tried a lot of solutions

Hi @MeteoricSeal26

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that you have already performed extensive troubleshooting, including memory testing, BIOS reset, battery replacement, storage testing, removing the dedicated graphics card, disconnecting USB devices, and running the available hardware diagnostics.

Based on the symptoms described, particularly the system freezing during the boot process and the issue occurring in Windows, the problem may be related to a hardware component such as the system board or power supply. Since the issue persists despite the troubleshooting performed, further software troubleshooting is unlikely to resolve it.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
