Product: hp 198e motherboard with an intel 15-4590s cpu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have tried everything and even enabled virtualization in bios but that didn't change anything. I've made sure that my cpu and motherboard are both compatible with virtualization and they are, I don't know what this could be can someone please help?

@Brett2x -- how do you tell that virtualization is not enabled?
Start the Windows Task Manager, and click to its "Performance" tab, and click on the "CPU" icon, to see something like:
On my computer, I see: Virtualization: Not Capable
What do you see, in that field?
