Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

W 10 very slow to boot up ..takes about 4 mins ..however once it is booted it is ok ( already Fast boot up selected )

I am not a HP employee.

 

Check Task Manager, Startup. How many startup items do you have? Many startup programs are unnecessary.

 

Upgrade your HDD to a SSD.

Thanks already done that. Microsoft tried it three times by remote access still slow. By the way what do you mean by "Upgrade your HDD to a SSD" ?.
