@AMY64 I understand the graphics card has the issue according to your research and its integrated as per the product specifications: Click here to verify, however, you can replace the motherboard via HP or if the device is out of warranty, you may get in touch with a local repair shop and get it done, all you need is the universal part number and I've gone through the details to get it for you: 767104-001 (universal part number, allows you to order the part on local online stores such as Amazon and others, just google the numbers and you can find the replacement part).

If the device is within warranty you can repair it free of charge, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:

follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

P.S: Welcome to HP Forums! 😉

I hope that answers your query,

If it did, simply select "Accept as solution", to help the community grow,

And if you wish to thank us for our efforts, click on the thumbs up for kudos.

Have a great day ahead.

I learned today it is the video card, but unfortunately there is no slot to install a new one, so can’t fix it.
