HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our machines, when they sleep, then try and wake up again, get a "no boot device found" error.  reboot, it goes into diagnstics.  Reboot again, it goes into attempting bootp. Reboot again, it starts windows 10 normally.

I have turned off all os options with regards to sleep (high power power mode, turned off hybrid sleep, turned off "turn off hard drive after" etc..._)  all to no avail.

Any ideas?  Thanks

update: found we had a slightly older bios, so I'mgoing to see if that helps (.012 vs.014)  No affect.

I installed the changes as suggested.  No change to status.  Machine still will try to wake from sleep w/ hard disk not found.

I'm going to try turning off Wake on LAN, and if that's not it, then I'll try turning off wake from mouse & keyboard.

FYI - Problem persists, despite all updates, removing all wake on lan/mouse & keyboard commands.  No idea at this point.

Hi, Did you get any resolve on this?

We have the same issue but with a 600 G2, it appears to only effect Windows 10 machines and not Windows 7 which makes not alot of sense as it's WOL.
