Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I was given warranty of 3 years printed on the PC itself but as per serial number it is showing out of warranty. I purchased in a reliance store at Vijayawada. In their data base also it is showing under warranty. Kindly help on this. My pc is not turning on.
