We are using HP Prodesk 400 G4MT PC with Windows 10 Pro Operating System .PC Signing In isuue

Hello Team,

"The password you entered doesn't meet password policy requirements" error - This  message is encountered in my PC so many times .I am unable to change passsword at Sign In since three days. Windows is locked. I suspect that somebody invoked The 'Requires change of password at the next Login' Setting in password policies in my PC and my Account previous one(Local Account) password seems to be expired as I a always getting a Pop up that 'Your Organization needs you to change your password' message.But I am unable to change and sign In into the windows.Really stuck. Please assist me for this.
