I keep getting sent to a new window and repeatedly asked to login . Then, they say my serial number isn’t valid. I’m trying to register a new desktop. Does anyone know how to tell if it’s a fake/scam site ? Sometimes I get my account and order info, other times it only shows my old devices. Then it showed printers I’ve never owned. Once it suddenly brought everything up in Vietnamese! I keep trying to contact an HP representative but to no avail. Any ideas?

Serial Number Issue: Where are you checking the serial number from—on the box, the bottom of the desktop, or in the BIOS? Have you tried entering it without spaces or special characters?
