You can try to repair windows 10/11 by selecting a windows restore point from before the time the problem occured.

This video described how to use a restore point

If windows boots up but there is no display then you need to boot in safe mode to be able to do the restore

This explains how to boot into safe mode

Note that item 4 is the restore so you can select restore from there

 

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
