Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello so I went to go reinstall windows and then it crashed and now goes to this black screen hard disk (3F0) and when I also first turn it on a grey screen comes up and says Manufacture program now in unlocked mode and I don’t know what to do

This nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
