When I try to boot my hp all it does is 3 loud beeps and 4 quieter beeps

You have a hardware problem with the system board, the CPU, RAM, storage device, discrete graphics (if applicable), wireless adapter, or the power supply.

 

Can't be more specific. One or more of the above components has/have failed.
