I think that "no boot drive" is your primary problem.
It is possible that:
* the disk-drive has failed
* the power-connector to the disk-drive is not getting power to the disk-drive
* the data-cable is not properly connected to the disk-drive
* the BIOS SETUP does not currently list the disk-drive as an eligible "bootable" source
It's time to take the computer to a computer technician, for trouble-shooting, and to try to nullify the password for entering BIOS setup.
