Product: HP Chromebox i7 4th Gen 4600U
Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP Chromebox i7 4th Gen 4600U is stucked at "Graphics Console Started" when I open it. I don't know how it happened or what it caused, because yesterday it was still working. Hoping to get a response soon!

HP Recommended

This could be hardware error:

* bad RAM

* failing motherboard

* failing power-supply

* failing processor

 

Can you use the HP Hardware Diagnostics to check for such issues?
