Greetings @Ty_123-3

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I'm sorry to say you are between a rock and a hard place if the correct BitLocker Recovery Key does not work.

You are not the first person in this Forum having this problem, but you are one of many.

This is why I don't use BitLocker on my PCs. I would do periodic data backups (external drive or a network drive) if I needed BitLocker.

Search around the Internet for a way to bypass BitLocker if one exists.

Or you may have to reinstall Windows using the HP Cloud Recovery option or do a clean W11 installation.

You will lose all data on the system drive after doing a new W11 install.

I agree, the BitLocker recovery key may be correct.

But this key is stored in the PC's Firmware Trusted Platform Module. Your PC's FTPM is messed up.

I am not aware of any conventional way to fix your problem other than reinstalling Windows per my previous response.

Try clearing or resetting the FTPM in the BIOS. But I don't know if this will help because I don't use BitLocker.

Turn off Bitlocker after reinstalling Windows to avoid having this problem again.

And do periodic data backups to external media in the future for peace of mind.

Regards
