Windows Update Problem- 30% then reboot

HP Pavilion Desktop - 510-p109
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer attempted to complete a windows update and continues to say that it’s at 30% then reboots...it’s doing this on a never ending cycle. Is there anyone else who has this problem? If so, is there a fix? I know I’m not under warranty anymore but the computer isn’t even 2 years old yet so for a windows update to have affected the computer in a poor way, already, is very disappointing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat

AND/OR - Power on your PC, press Esc (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

Hello,

I appreciate your advise but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me.

I’d prefer to not have to use my USB ISO to start over so if anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know.

Thank You.
