The Windows July update started to install then hung at 0% clearing up files. After a power cycle, device will no longer boot, runs HP diagnostics which fixes nothing. Tried using HP Cloud Recovery Tool. If you select AutoSelect of data files to save, it says that there is insufficient room on the partition disk to save them. If you select User Select then Browse and select a directory, it spins for a few seconds then returns to the Data Save option screen. So I have a dead PC and a useless recovery tool.
