Hello all i must save my wedding family pictures from my previous HP omen pc.
Step by step let me explain what i did and what happened.
1-) My Omen 25L were getting old then wanted to create new PC by myself. I installed windows 11 and i gave my personal e-mail adress which i used on my HP omen aswell. (Ethernet cable were inserted)
2-) Then i saw on my new PC exactly same desktop. I was happy because i suppose all the details will be appeared on C: Drive aswell like how we change our mobile phone all the information, pics, videos transferring automatically.
But it did not.
3-) I tried many time but my Omen were giving beep beep sound even there was no view on the screen bios, nothing.
4-) I supposed that my previous pc blocked due to using same e -mail address on another pc.
5-) Then I decided to put my HP omen's m2 ssd onto new pc to see pic and videos but system asked me 48 digit code as you can see on attached picture
Q1=If i input that code can i have all my C drive information ? How can i get this code ?
Q2=If there is a risk please tell me how can i get professional support physically to save my files around Belgium or Turkey ?
Thank you.

The 48 digit code is from the drive having Bitlocker on the drive you are trying to get data. Bitlocker is a Microsoft encryption software intended to stop exactly what you are trying to do. If you had Bitlocker on the old Omen 25L, then it would be best to find the key on the old PC, to unlock the drive. I do not know of a way to crack the code without the key.
FYI: this is not happening because you gave your personal e-mail address which you used on my HP omen as well.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have the boxes of my PC, there ara some codes on the white carton box however 48 digit code related there is no information in my hand. Already PC also not opening. I bought this pc from bol.com (netherlands) maybe better to call HP netherlands members to be abke to save files.

For the old drive - the one you want to save files and pictures from - assuming the old drive is SATA, then you can get a SATA to USB adapter, connect this old drive to the SATA adapter and plug the USB cord into a hosting PC. If the old drive is really Bitlocker encrypted, it will tell you that again. There may be another way to try also, but try this first.
Again - this was/is not caused by using the same e-mail address on both PC's. I have several PC's running Windows using the same e-mail address.
