HP 45L Gaming Desktop GT22-2085t
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, so I have this PC: https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/omen-by-hp-45l-gaming-desktop-gt22-2085t-pc?jumpid=ma_hp-gaming_pr...

Windows 11 randomly crashes during normal workload like looking at pictures or browsing online, (also one time it crashed during OCCT stress testing). Windows just freezes but no blue screen. It just freezes with the last screen before crash stuck on the monitor.

As far as I remember, every time after the crash occurs when I go to the Event Viewer, it shows "Error: Session "ReadyBoot" stopped due to the following error: 0xC0000188" at the time of crash. But I also noticed that same errors are shown in Even Viewer even when the PC didn't crash. Also from searching online, I found that this is not an error that should lead to total system crash.

When I stress test each part extensively for hours, like CPU, GPU, RAM with softwares like OCCT, prime95, y-cruncher it shows no error or crash (apart from one crash during OCCT stress testing which might be a crash not related to stress testing at all, or maybe it is)

Things I've tried to alleviate the issue:

1. Disabling XMP

2. Resetting Windows 11 Home from Windows Settings

3. Completely new installation of Windows 11 Pro to another SSD

I'm attaching the MINIDUMP file I found in "C:\Windows\Minidump". Here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wuijxGvCTlmKHHUpffygqQ9UzHsX4Swb/view?usp=sharing

I think the dump file was updated at the time of crash as the "last accessed" time of the file matches with the crash time.

Any help will be highly appreciated as this problem is causing me major headaches. Also let me know if you need any more info or files.

Thanks.
