Hi!
After exhausting all troubleshooting attempts, should you still get the sporadic "Keyboard Error" Message at Startup and have your previously working keyboard and mouse that came with your All-in-One desktop become unresponsive, simply remove the dongle that has been factory-installed internally and plug it into any of the external USB ports.
In my All-in-One desktop, the dongle was found directly behind the B&O speakers's cover. The latter can be easily pulled out and snapped back into place when done.
Good Luck!
