Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't install any OS using UEFI mode only legacy. I make it to the screen where windows begin installing but it always gets stuck on copying windows files, right at 0%.

When i try to boot from a drive that already has a uefi bios in stalled the computer gets stuck on the hp logo and does load.

i tried updating the bios doesnt help.

What tool did you use to create the boot device (USB / CD / DVD)?

If RUFUS be sure to select the proper target.  If installing into UEFI you must select GPT as MBR will not work.

Your system was released in 2016 and there may be cloud support for re-install of windows supposedly.

Did you get the recovery client from here?  If not , try it.
