Product: HP TouchSmart 520-1010in Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My son didn’t want to wait for complete boot up. Did hard restart multiple times and now I can’t get into bios as all external device ports don’t work. The HP screen comes up but can’t enter (esc) to enter as all USB ports won’t power on anything connected. The cd drive seems to work but don’t have a disk for it. USB keyboard won’t power on for inputs. Has anyone dealt with this issue.?

Got it Going just a boot option malfunction. i inserted a sd card and it gave me boot options and usb keyboard worked during bootup. hope it helps anyone else with boot issue.
